Acucups help to release fascia and can go deeper into muscles for a more efficient release. They can be applied to a particularly stubborn spot, or used in a dragging method. Though highly effective, please be warned: they will leave a mark :)
6. HOT STONE ($20): Hot stones melt away stress and can get deeper into muscle tissues through the utilization of heat. Once you try hot stones, it's hard to go back to a massage without it!
